The exchange of goods is possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the goods.

Return goods of good quality
Under the goods of good quality means a product that has preserved presentation and consumer properties, and the client wants to return it.
Within 14 days of receipt, you are guaranteed you can return the purchased item if it did not fit you for any reason.

Return the goods of inadequate quality

Buyer's requirements for the return (exchange) of the goods are considered only if there are:
- a written statement stating the reason for the return of the goods and information about the buyer (passport data for the individual and the card number for the refund with the full name);

If payment from the buyer has been received to the card account, when returning the money is returned ONLY to the buyer’s card

We refund the money within 7 days of receiving the refund according to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"

The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and if it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract, to another time by agreement of the parties, but no later than seven days "
